## Claude Code

Claude Code 通过 `CLAUDE.md` 文件或单次会话读取加载技能。

### 方法 1：项目级持久化（推荐）

将技能读取指令追加到项目 `CLAUDE.md`，每次进入项目时自动生效：

### 方法 2：全局持久化

追加到用户级全局配置（适用于所有项目）：

- 项目级：`./CLAUDE.md`

## 安装验证

安装技能后，使用以下方式验证效果：

1. 提问该领域专业问题
2. 检查 AI 是否使用框架式回答（而非泛泛而谈）
3. 对比安装前后的回答风格

**示例验证问题（CEO 技能）：**
> "我们公司现金流紧张，应该裁员还是融资？"

**期望行为：**
- 提供分析框架（财务指标、利益相关者、方案对比）
- 要求量化数据而非直接给出答案
- 考虑非财务因素（团队士气、市场信号）
- 推荐具体工具（13-week cash flow forecast）

### Q: 技能安装后没有明显效果？

检查以下几点：
1. 确认技能文件 URL 可以正常访问
2. 在新对话中测试（避免旧上下文影响）
3. 主动提及你安装的技能身份（如"以 CEO 视角分析..."）

### Q: 如何同时安装多个技能？

推荐使用技能包：

### Q: Claude Code 安装的技能如何卸载？

建议仅保留当前项目最相关的 1-3 个技能，或将完整内容移至 `~/.cursor/rules/` 全局配置中。

### Q: 技能文件更新后如何同步？

重新运行安装命令即可覆盖旧版本。OpenCode 和 OpenClaw 支持自动更新。
